PODE.expert was built by Phil O'Connor, the independent divorce financial-settlement specialist behind On-Divorce. There has never been a single, central place to find a Pension on Divorce Expert, work out whether you actually need one, and understand how to instruct them well. This site is an attempt to bring that together.

Who is behind it?

Phil has spent over 20 years working on financial settlements on divorce, many involving pensions. Having run his own Financial Conduct Authority–regulated financial planning and advice business for 17 years, he now focuses entirely on divorce and financial settlements through On-Divorce.
